今天上课摸鱼写了这篇作文 打到电脑上我就去睡了ww【因为得禽流感了hhhh

Topic: Which of the following would you change to improve your health: 1.The kind of food you eat 2.The amount of exercise 3.The amount of stress
Today, people are going to pay most of attention on our health. We change the kind of food we eat, do more exercise, and even try our best to reduce the amount of stress. But which of them will help us the most? For me, I think we should stare at the stress. I will explain it in two aspects.
As all of them are important parts of our daily life, they all influence us a lot. To have food which are healthier will give us some substance we usually need. And to do more exercise will not only improve our health but also purify our mind. But stress often brings negative impact which is so strong that can destroy the systematical life style we have just built up by change the kind of food we eat and do more exercise.
So firstly, stress can cause health problem which can not be cured easily. Too much stress make people tired but they still have to force themselves to work or learn. Soon they feel headache easily and can not think anything. Actually, some kinds of headache even can nor be cured. Also the hypertension, which is a kind of disease can only be controlled but not totally cured. When people force themselves, the pressure of blood quickly increase. And when you feel stressful and sit to work all day without some activities, you may get the obesity caused by sedentary. Some people are likely to eat too much food when they have increase number of stress, this also cause obesity. So how could you overcome headache, hypertension and obesity easily? Why not just try to reduce the amount of stress during the daily life?
Secondly, stress also make you feel unhappy and don’t want to communicate with people. So you can not hold the social relationship during this situation. At work, you may meet trouble in dealing with various matters and communicating with boss and workmates. Or at school, you may reduce the efficiency, cause you can only deal with all things with yourself, without any help or cooperation. Finally, when you back home, you may anger while facing the family who are caring about you. You feel stressful and angry, and all of these will make the life even worse.
As the stress will cause such a great number of problems both in the body and the mind, why not try to change it? To do some activities to reduce the stress, you can avoid all of these occasions you will never want to face. |
