如果你是个大号核党，听完这首满是回忆的曲子你会激动地跳起来。我在查这个列表之前能听出至少引用了17个曲子。
93年出生的Jarrod跟我一样是个大号核党，他前年年底就开始用各种核的cover轰炸油管，直到今年年初在Instagram上发起做新专集资的号召，于是15曲入的首专《Beating A Dead Horse》出世，其中最有影响力的当属这首融合各种潮流元素的核曲。
而且看了他挑的riff感觉到了他对现在核团的一丝担忧，大部分都是上一个潮流的曲子，比如解散的Woe Is Me，AA!，Underoath，换主唱的Asking Alexandria，以及第一阶段Woe Is Me人员组成的新团Issues等等，无不看出他对潮核的理解。没错，这些就是21世纪初核曲的精髓，于是他融会贯通按照自己的方式重新演绎，短短4分钟总结了五六年的精华。
